A skills-based curriculum for teaching Pre-K students foundational numeracy skills. It is based on two premises: (a) students with a disability learn well when their hands are purposefully engaged, and (b) math manipulatives help students understand abstract concepts. The HOM for Early Numeracy Skills Curriculum is an introduction to concepts included within school math standards.
